Aromatherapy Bath Salts
Enter a softly lit room. If you wish, it can be completely quiet with only sounds of running water. Candles are twinkling all around your bath; beautiful aromas rise as you step into warm, inviting water. The next half hour is reserved for you; it’s yours—and you can fantasize and let your mind wander where it will for healing.
Fill your tub and add these cleansing bath salts to warm water to relax and unwind after work, after travel, or after your favorite sport. Bath salts benefit your skin by soothing and softening and help detoxify your sore muscles and joints while you relax and breathe in the nourishing aromas to balance all of you—Body, Mind and Spirit.
Bath salts are available in two types: 1) A powdery, fine blend or 2) Dead Sea salts. Fine salts are a blend of sea and desert salts. Dead Sea salts are renowned for their high magnesium and potassium content and their benefits for sore muscles, joints, and arthritic conditions.

Orange Eucalyptus Bath Salts - invigorating
This aromatic blend of Sweet Orange, Eucalyptus, and Peppermint opens your breathing, energizes you, and is purifying to the conscious mind. Orange rind oil affect the cardiovascular and lymphatic systems and imparts a sense of well-being. Eucalyptus essential oil is steam distilled from leave and twigs. Rather an unusual name, "Eucalyptus" is Greek and means "well covered"--describing the lid-like bud cover. Eucalyptus opens our breathing, and Peppermint energizes us and is purifying to the conscious mind.

Rosemary Peppermint Bath Salts - adaptogenic
Peppermint either sedates or stimulates, depending on what your body needs. Thus, it is an adaptogenic oil. Usually, it cools the skin initially and, a few minutes later, warms the skin while bringing blood to the surface as it is both a vasoconstrictor and a vasodilator. Applied topically it is good for pain relief. Inhaled, it stimulates the brain. If you feel achy or itchy or have a stuffy nose, treat yourself to a warming bath salt soak. Rosemary is good for fatigue, muscular pains, sprains, and swelling. The botanical name for Rosemary is rosmarinus officinalis; rosmarinus means "rose of the sea" as it grows near the coast.
