Clay Masque Kit Aromatherapy Clay Masque Clay Masque is a luxury many of us overlook in skin care. Clay is full of minerals and excellent for detoxing and deep cleansing the skin. Using a clay mask once a week helps maintain the skin quality you want. This mask is moisturizing-not at all drying-and is made with medicinal clay. Facial masks with clay draw out toxins and impurities from the skin, thus cleansing pores at a deeper level. Pink Kaolin, a blend of Red and White Kaolin, is good for all skin types. The red color comes from ferrous, copper oxides, and hematite. In my masks I use medicinal clay extracted, processed and controlled in France for therapeutic use according to French Pharmacopeia standards V.2.1.8.
Application: Use once a week on clean skin. Place 1 tablespoon of mask in non-metal container. Stir and apply with facial brush to face, neck, and décolleté. You can use this mask fairly close to the eyes depending on your sensitivity. (May also be used on hands and back.) Mask will tingle while working. Rinse facial brush and let air dry. Relax for 10-20 minutes. Wipe off mask with warm, damp cloth that you don't mind staining with clay; then wash off remainder with warm water. Pat skin dry with clean cloth. Spritz with hydrolate. Follow with your favorite facial oil.
