Terms and Conditions
This is general information provided to familiarize you with DSA Aromatherapy. If you have specific questions, please feel free to call or e-mail. Items listed on the website are retail. If you would like to inquire about wholesale policies, please contact us.
Ordering
You may place your order via the secure Shopping Cart, by telephone, or by e-mail. If you choose e-mail, please do not give your credit card information as e-mail is not secure. You may call the 800# and leave your credit card information, including account number, expiration date, name on card, and billing address.
Minimum Order
There are no minimums for retail or wholesale orders.
Forms of Payment
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, and Paypal. Established customers may also choose to pay by check.
Secure Ordering
Online ordering is secure. All sensitive/credit information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our databases to guard your information.
Shipping
Orders are shipped via Priority Mail or UPS, depending on weight. At this time, we offer flat rate shipping of $6.95. With retail orders of $100 and above, we offer free shipping.
My goal is to ship orders out within 48 hours. Sometimes this is not possible because of supplies or time involved in making products or just that there are orders ahead of yours! Please call me if you have an urgent order. In most cases, I make your products when you order them. They are not sitting around on a shelf because freshness is of ultimate importance to me—and these are natural products made without chemicals. Sometimes I remake batches because they don’t turn out. Of course, I pull my hair out first. Handmade products also vary because of the raw ingredients. One batch of shea butter can be very different in texture from another. Someday I’ll post a video showing the time involved in making handmade products and packaging them. I take special care with each order and often spend 3-4 hours just wrapping your order. Crazy woman!
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, please let me know ASAP. You may return it for a replacement or credit. My goal is your happiness and a beautiful aromatherapy experience.
